What a fabulous experience I just incurred with Jonas from iFix. I broke my Son's ipad on Christmas Day after trying to replace the case, it was fixed and running as smoothly as before, by lunch time boxing day. An amazingly prompt polite quality service. Would recommend to anyone requiring some work done.

From the easy booking process to collection upon completion this was a great experience. A full explanation as to the repair required was given and the iPad set up so that my data was not accessible. Upon collection within the agreed time the iPad was working fine. It was explained out that a previous repair had left some residual impairment (I was unaware of it and even when told could not detect anything) but photos were produced to show the issue. A great price ad a great service and the iPad screen is perfect now, I cannot recommend Ifix enough.

I have a little known brand of smartphone - a Blackview. When the charging port started to fail, I asked around at various places to see if it could be fixed. The responses varied from people wincing, others saying "what sort of phone", or "never heard of it" and "do you mean a blackberry, they're pretty old now" All this changed when I found Jonas. He too said he'd not heard of the Blackview brand before, but he suggested I bring the phone in for him to look at and at least diagnose the problem. By the time I got there, he'd already located and priced the potential spare part. He was also candid enough to discuss the other repair options, including taking it to another repairer who might have offered a cheaper price. We looked up and compared Jonas' price versus the alternative, there was not a whole lot in it. Impressed with Jonas' knowledge, transparency and clarity, I did not want to go elsewhere. He gave me an estimate for how long the job might take and I left my phone with him. He was back on the phone in half the time quoted to say that the job was done.
