Is there anything I should do before sending in my device?
We highly recommend you to back up your device and reset it back to the factory settings to ensure your data is safe and protected. This also ensure we can fully test the device after repair without compromising your privacy. Also please remove any passwords, as this will slow down our repair service, if we need to obtain pass code.
How do you return my device?
Your device will be returned free of charge and packaged in a specially designed box to ensure your device is protected during the shipping. Our free delivery policy only applies in mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
How do I send my device in for repair?
Once you have selected your repair and paid, please print out confirmation page or write down your order number and place it in secure bubble wrapped package and send it to our repair centre:
