Top quality service, fast, affordable and professional. My phone needed a new screen but was a Xiaomi so the parts had to be ordered in ahead of time. He did this with no upfront cost, which was a risk to himself, which I am thankful for. Not only this, but at the end he also gave a 10% student discount. Cannot recommend his services enough. Easy booking by phone. Booked the appointment on Monday for Tuesday. Free street parking. Immediate response, when I arrived. New screen, battery and protective cover on screen fitted within an hour. The 6 year old phone now looks and behaves like a new phone. I recommend iFix to anyone who needs a new screen.read more

My macbook’s screen got broken so I needed to get it fixed. I emailed a couple of places asking for a quote and this place was the cheapest (but still a lot of money) so as a student I decided to trust them with the task. After a month or so the screen started getting lines at different places after a couple of hours of use; I didn’t want to seem annoying and thought I could live with them so I decided not to say anything. However after a while, it got A LOT worse to the point that I couldn’t use my laptop anymore; I’d have to turn it off for hours at a time, and wait until I could use it again. Thought it wasn’t right so I emailed to ask if anything could be done about this WITH NO RESPONSE. I’m not one to leave reviews and usually don’t listen to a one off negative review, but thought it’s important to share (considering I wish I just spent the extra hundred pounds and got it done properly)read more

They had very bad luck with spares that twice turned out to be faulty (not iFix's fault). They did their very best to remedy the situation, and to finish the repair, and finally delivered the phone back to me themselves. Excellent service, reasonably priced, will definitely use them again if I ever need to.read more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I dropped the phone off and he fixed it while I went for a coffee at the park - but when i got home there was a slight glitch/fault with my screen, it was only minor and I wasn't even sure if it was to do with the repair or not, but after sending him an email he quickly called me back and arranged a time to come to my house and run checks and find the fault. It turned out to be a fault in a different part, he swapped the part and fixed the phone perfectly running lots of thorough checks to make sure it was good as new- best bit of all of this is he charged me nothing for coming out to my house or the extra new part that was needed? Was all part of the very small £60 initial screen repair cost? Above and beyond... Really lovely guy, couldn't recommend enough!read more

Took my phone into the apple shop and was told they couldn’t fix it I needed to buy a new one. Took my phone to ifix and it was fixed within the hour and even had a new screen protector on it which I hadn’t requested but really appreciated. A price was given to me when I emailed and I was replied to very quickly. Don’t be put off by the address, friendly when I dropped the phone off and when I picked it up, an invoice was provided. I will definitely use ifix again if needed and I fully recommend it to others.read more
