Looking around for someone to repair my iPad’s broken screen glass, I found iFix in Norwich on the web. At £65 it seemed good value compared with the £100 plus of many non-Apple repairers. Good too was the fact they could do the job exactly when I wanted, given that it was an hours drive from my home. As I had guessed the business was at a residential address, no problem for me but some may be concerned I guess. I was greeted professionally and advised when to collect to allow for ample drying time of the new glass screen. On collection the engineer ran through what he’d done, which looked exactly as before, though he explained was a third party screen, as Apple do not supply to third part repairers. He encouraged caution with handling whilst the glue set firmly, explained there was a guarantee and demonstrated everything was working. A top class repair, top class price, excellent service! I turned up today (27.4.21) and was informed the iPhone 7plus screen saver was cracked and not the glass itself. I would have known no difference and paid for a replacement glass. Instead the screen saver was replaced. An act of kindness and honesty is lovely to see. Many many thanks.read more

S10e battery replacement, genuine part and quickly done, my phone is 18months old but in great condition and was returned in same condition. Would definitely use again, if I needed repairs. Top quality service, fast, affordable and professional. My phone needed a new screen but was a Xiaomi so the parts had to be ordered in ahead of time. He did this with no upfront cost, which was a risk to himself, which I am thankful for. Not only this, but at the end he also gave a 10% student discount. Cannot recommend his services enough. Easy booking by phone. Booked the appointment on Monday for Tuesday. Free street parking. Immediate response, when I arrived. New screen, battery and protective cover on screen fitted within an hour. My macbook’s screen got broken so I needed to get it fixed. I emailed a couple of places asking for a quote and this place was the cheapest (but still a lot of money) so as a student I decided to trust them with the task. After a month or so the screen started getting lines at different places after a couple of hours of use; I didn’t want to seem annoying and thought I could live with them so I decided not to say anything. However after a while, it got A LOT worse to the point that I couldn’t use my laptop anymore; I’d have to turn it off for hours at a time, and wait until I could use it again. Thought it wasn’t right so I emailed to ask if anything could be done about this WITH NO RESPONSE. I’m not one to leave reviews and usually don’t listen to a one off negative review, but thought it’s important to share (considering I wish I just spent the extra hundred pounds and got it done properly)read more

They had very bad luck with spares that twice turned out to be faulty (not iFix's fault). They did their very best to remedy the situation, and to finish the repair, and finally delivered the phone back to me themselves. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I dropped the phone off and he fixed it while I went for a coffee at the park - but when i got home there was a slight glitch/fault with my screen, it was only minor and I wasn't even sure if it was to do with the repair or not, but after sending him an email he quickly called me back and arranged a time to come to my house and run checks and find the fault. It turned out to be a fault in a different part, he swapped the part and fixed the phone perfectly running lots of thorough checks to make sure it was good as new- best bit of all of this is he charged me nothing for coming out to my house or the extra new part that was needed? Was all part of the very small £60 initial screen repair cost? Above and beyond... Really lovely guy, couldn't recommend enough!read more

Took my phone into the apple shop and was told they couldn’t fix it I needed to buy a new one. Took my phone to ifix and it was fixed within the hour and even had a new screen protector on it which I hadn’t requested but really appreciated. A price was given to me when I emailed and I was replied to very quickly. Don’t be put off by the address, friendly when I dropped the phone off and when I picked it up, an invoice was provided.
